Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
The cost of sending a parcel within the UK depends on what Zone is being sent to and from in the UK we have 3 Zones.

Free delivery on all purchases over £75. 00

For orders under £75.00

Zone 1 We have a flat rate of £4.95 no matter how many items you order.

Zone 2 £10.00

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland

Zone 3 £10.00

Norther Ireland Isle of Man Isles of Scilly
Channel Islands Republic of Ireland

Shipping within the EU charges as follows :-

Belgium, Luxenburg, Netherlands, France, Germany, £11.00 up to 30kg

Denmark Austria, and Switzerland £14.00 up to 30kg

Greece £28.00 up to 30g

Delivery Schedule All orders are processed / despatched within 24 hrs of reciept of order.

Uk Mainland delivery for smaller items is normally next working day please allow 7 to 10 days for larger items such as Climbing Frames Trampolines etc.

We can currently ship large items ie climbing Frames, Trampolines only throught the UK

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union The price shown is the price at checkout

Please make sure your invoice details match your bank statement exactly

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction If you are not satisfied with the goods supplied a return will be accepted provided we are contacted within 10 days of reciept.

Goods Damaged in Transit will be replaced.

We need to clarify the exact returns policy for climbing frames etc and beef this up a tad.

In either event please contact us for advise on returning products supplied before despatching them.
